In late October 2021, we received an email from one of Indian users who bought TP1100-24AUin 2016. We were told they need to buy a new motherboard.
Frankly speaking, Indian users’ common character is they hardly read the manual of our machines.
They usually use the tapping machine directly without setting torque. Voltage instability is another
problem in India. Improper operation and overloading might cause damage of the tapping machine.
Another character of our Indian customers is they add lubricating oil not so frequent when tapping.
Sometimes they even use canola oil or emulsion to instead of tapping lubricating oil. Lubricating oil
we sell is specially made for tapping, which has additives with good coolability. Our lubricating oil
can increase machines’ service life, improve tapping efficiency and surface smoothness of working
pieces. Without tapping lubricating oil, service life of a tapping machine reduces drastically.
The last but not the least, high temperature almost occupies India all year around. Moreover, high
humidity is a climatic feature in India as well. Weather in India is not so friendly to tapping machines.
Those factors are negative when using a tapping machine. According to feedback from that customer,
our tapping machine was out of work under such factors after over five years’ service. A new
motherboard made the machine reborn finally.
