English“Amazing”, “fantastic”, “impressive”. These were the most frequent words we heard from UK’s gentlemen, standing in front of TP1300-M42 at Southern Manufacturing exhibition. UK’s background as a traditional industrial manufacturing country bred many professional and polite visitors. Apparently, these visitors knew full well the technology and requirements for tapping. They raised a series of questions and suggestions to the machine which provided a reference for our dealers. All the answers toward these questions will be provided after arrangement and help our dealers with their marketing.
It took DoneCNC two years to develop TP1300-M42 tapping machine based on experience gained from 10-year research on motor and gear. This was a process full of difficulties and obstacles. To ensure the tapping arm’s flexibility, the volume of servo motor could not be too big. However, if the volume was too small, it would be difficult to drive the planet gear and provide enough power for tapping to M42. To pursue the best effect, DoneCNC had tried many different ways with the help of every feedback we got from users. Finally, DoneCNC found the best solution and achieved the best reduction ratio. The stable, strong and efficient performance of TP1300-M42 after being brought to market became just proved a Chinese old saying “one should accumulate richly before break forth vastly”. It is the pride of both DoneCNC and TAIPU that TP1300-M42 becomes the tapping machine that has the biggest tapping capacity in the world so far. We look forward to TP1300-M42’s bloom in the European market.
