The year is coming to an end, so it is time to take a look back at all the things that happened in 2017!
For me it was a stabilized growing year. I have learned so many things, not only technology and products, but also marketing and service. I have met some really great people, and (yes, I am a little bit proud) I attended EMO Hannover as an exhibitor not visitors any more.
For me, one of my personal highlights was definitely supporting our dealer and partners in Europe market from marketing strategy, promotion to design and standardization of their brand. Meanwhile we set up an internal process to cooperate in ODM efficiently and accurately. (It is really stressful but I had so many good results and experiences).
I also visited couple of new countries, Australia, Norway, Sweden, Czech, getting the chance to see how machine tool industry there, how they buy and sell, and how they deal with metal working. It is a great opportunity for a Chinese manufacturer. Last but not least, getting in touch with a number of customers for machine tool was a great pleasure for me. I learned a lot about the needs of each individual country, about their strengths and their struggles.
