TAIPU® L type arm with length 800 mm (31 inch) is light and compact for easy moving and relocation. Depth, Torque, Speed, Automatic, Manual is all set on CNC system as user required. L32080016 will tap from M3 to M16 in mild steel and aluminum. The taps are held in a quick change collets system driven by an electric motor. The motor is mounted on a articulated arm which maintains parallel motion. The smooth arm action allows the tap to be brought into position swiftly and easily. The electric motor is equipped with a chuck and each tap is held in its own collets. Each collets has a ratchet clutch, the torque is preset for each size of tap preventing tap breakage. The clutch system will allow blind holes as well as through holes to be tapped. The torque clutch allows the tap to stop turning when it encounters any obstruction that may cause tap breakage. The torque setting is adjustable

Light weight and compact size allow for easy set up and relocation. Reaming, countersinking, fastening, Helicoil® insertion & small diameter drilling can be done at one machine.
Control box is installed on the arm which is easy to dismount for necessary repair. The structure design makes maintain easily and simply.
