Z32150030 is easy to re-align with threaded holes to remove contamination after painting or coating processes. Due to the rigidity and precise movement of the TAIPU®Z32150030isusing quick change torque control tap adapters, the clutch in the adapter ratchets when the tap hits the bottom of the hole, encounters an interference in the hole or when the tap dulls. This prevents tap breakage and allows for the tap to be quickly replaced if needed. The speed is regulated by NC control panel called “electronic box” ,the turning motor speed, torque and depth are adjustable by the buttons adapting to every thread type.

Main Features of Z32150030

Maximum tapping speed from 0-250 r.p.m which is large range of adjustment of tapping speed with power torque 240 Nm.
With optional universal joint, arm is moving smooth to reach all angles, mechanical U-groove lock the head ensuring the tap stays perpendicular and will result in consistent threads every time.
The motor speed, the tool automatic lubrication and the depth control can be adjusted by means of a display placed on the cover of the electronic board case.
