Composed of a two-part construction that physically separates the tap from the spindle via PATENTED ELASTOMER SPRINGS, TAIPU® holder provides minimum tap length compensation that is necessary for exceptional tool life. DCP004 offers an extensive line of high performance tool holder solutions for a full range of applications. There is a fundamental difference in the location of the tapping tools: For each square size you need a separate quick-change insert. For this you have the possibility to change between the individual sizes very quickly. The prepared quick-change inserts are then exchanged with a click. When tapping with TAIPU tapping machines, we recommend tapping chucks with torque chucks to hold your expensive tap. If you change back and forth between sizes very often, you are better off with the quick-change inserts. Otherwise an adjustable chuck is sufficient. DCP004-48 means diameter is 48 mm (Flexarm Size 3) and free in 4 standard DIN ISO JIS and ANSI, as a manufacturer, tailor-made as any size, standard and dealer brand as user required.
