Make knowledge and practice as one Accumulat steps will lead to thousand miles
2017.05.25

There is a popular saying that we should pay attention to details as more as Germans and improve our technology as hard as Japanese, which has been an encouragement to everyone in Chinese manufacturing industry. For five years, DoneCNC has turned into a practitioner that makesthe knowledge and practice as one from a listener and discussant.

Since 2015, DoneCNC’s TAIPU electric tapping machine has been on the way to PDCA with more than 15 improvements one year. From packaging to production, from new function to refined details, from feedback to self-discovery, all these changes and improvements contained-

Every production staff’s love and the hope that our machine will have a bright future like their love towards their children, which make them spare efforts and invest funds to continuous polish and tria

Every sales staff create customer value and attach great importance to user experience in the way they treat their lovers. And every time a machine shipped, they follow up actively and pay attention to every detailed feedback from users and dealers, instead of waiting passively.

No accumulation of steps, can’t lead to thousand miles.Over 50 improvements in the 3 years, DoneCNC has came up with that-

1All the functions and performance improvements should insists on customer-oriented. Factories should avoid improving blindly by all means. For example, due to the incompatibility to cost increase and customer demand, T-1516’s improvements was denied in volume production.

2The front end sales should not get customers done by their negotiation skills when facing their feedback and questions. They should figure out how these problems occurs and how to settle them. Yes, the feedback and questions do make people annoyed and corrupted. But to settle the problem effectively is the wise way.

3Let your customers know you are improving. Let your customers know their feedback and questions will create value to both you and them. And let your customer experience your improvements tangibly, so they will understand if you make mistakes occasionally, and also they will feel reasonable if you have raised price!

Harvest beyond expectation Time prove real win-win cooperation
