NEO Tools Thailand, the first oversea dealer of DoneCNC, send a good news to us after INTERMACH Bangkok, visitors fix their eyes upon TAIPU electric tapping machine again and some new enquires were received again. To some extent TAIPU is very familiar to Thailand customer. Why it is keep on appealing to them? Because-
1. Stable quality makes stable reputation.
During the resent 4 years, about 100 sets of TAIPU tapping machine have been sold in Thailand markets. Meanwhile, not a single claim for refunds nor a complain about the quality has been ever raised.
2. Continuous improvements.
DoneCNC is conscious of the company’s achievements so far but knows there is plenty of room for improvement. We always believe that if we stay unchanged and make no developments, the result we will get is only one-out. So every year DoneCNC will spend efforts on machine improvements. Last year, we’ve made 19 improvements despite the big or small. Those small improvements include the length of the screw on the working table, the warning mark on the sever motor; those big include circuit board improvement, redesigning the handle. From point of view of our customers, DoneCNC makes continuous improvements to perfect our machines, and let our customers feel our sincerity from every detail.
3. Cooperate with dealers shoulder by shoulder
As our first customer, NEO’s profession and attainment proved that it’s a right choice to make them our exclusive dealer in Thailand. NEO’s main business are tools and machines.
